If you would like to view your housing advice or homelessness case details, please contact your caseworker. If you are unsure who your caseworker is, you can call the Housing Advisory Service on 0203 821 1769 to find out. You will soon be able to view this information online.

If you need to make an appointment or be seen in an emergency, you can contact the Housing Advisory Service on 0203 821 1769 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, except on Thursdays when we are open from 12pm to 4pm. It is very important that you contact us if you are either homeless now or concerned about your housing situation.

Veterans' Gateway – the first point of contact for veterans seeking support. This service is for veterans and their families to connect with the help, advice and support they need from a network of organisations.
