If you need to make an appointment or be seen in an emergency, you can contact the Housing Advisory Service on 0203 821 1769 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, except on Thursdays when we are open from 12pm to 4pm. It is very important that you contact us if you are either homeless now or concerned about your housing situation.

Out of these hours you can contact us on 0208 379 1000.

Christian Action – a housing association that assists young people with advice and accommodation

Veterans' Gateway – the first point of contact for veterans seeking support. This service is for veterans and their families to connect with the help, advice and support they need from a network of organisations. The team of advisors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and many are veterans themselves. Telephone: 0808 802 1212.
