Safe and Connected

MyPad lets you save links to information you have found on MyLife and want to go back to. You can also add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are logged onto your account in MyLife, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. If you are not logged on, the links and notes are saved until you close down MyLife.   To create an account, click here.

Service summary

Safe and Connected is a 24-hour emergency service that helps people live independently and safely in their own homes.

There are three different types of service:


  • Safe Alert - staff will let a nominated contact know when a visit is required to the home address.
  • Safe Response - alerts a Safe and Connected officer to come out to the home address in an emergency, regardless of the time, day or night. Lifting equipment is available to help if there is a fall.
  • Safe & In Touch - includes all the benefits of Safe Response, plus a daily welfare check and regular keep in-touch call from Safe and Connected staff.

All customers pay a weekly charge, which will differ depending on what service is needed.
