Service summary

Enfield Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) offers help to children and young people up to their 18th birthday who are experiencing mental health difficulties and their families. The service is based in the community offering outpatient appointments, and is accessed via GP’s or other professionals working with young people who may refer directly into the service. Enfield CAMHS works in partnership with the local authority services. The Generic & Neurodevelopmental CAMHS Team provides a comprehensive range of assessment and therapeutic interventions, and consultation to professionals dealing with children, young people and families with emotional and behavioural difficulties, as well as providing assessment and treatment for Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
